In the new home construction business, it is said that a builder is “only as good as his subcontractors.” When interviewing builders, one of the first questions you should ask is, “How long have your subcontractors been with you?” As a superintendent for custom builders I have been partnered with many of my subcontractors for over 20 years. This strength, coupled with the concept of maintaining a family oriented company allows us to produce high quality homes for a fair price while monitoring every aspect of the building business.
