Ron Erks founded Crystal Contracting in 2008.  With over 30 years of “hands on” construction experience he provides a unique range of services.

Crystal Contracting is responsible for the leadership and management of a wide variety of projects.  With broad experience and deep knowledge of the construction industry, our expertise includes commercial planning and development, preconstruction consulting, design management, budget and schedule development, value engineering, contract negotiation, bid development and review, contractor selection and project management.

Crystal Contracting has a reputation of estimating to the penny, staying within budget, instant problem solving, staying ahead of schedule and giving the customer a comfortable security while their project is constructed.  We take on each project with pride and dedication like it is our own.  Our vision and the customer’s input make the building process effortless.
